An order shall be considered confirmed unless you cancel the order before Within Ayurveda dispatches the products to you.

In order to cancel your order or to change your order, prior to the order being dispatched, you will need to call our customer service number for the same.

Once the said order is dispatched to you, the said order can neither be canceled nor changed by you. Incase of returns, the product must be unopened and in the same condition as it was dispatched.

We shall not be accepting returns of products which are consumed or once opened.

Incase of recieving a damaged product, you can contact Within Ayurveda's Customer delight team within 3 days of receiving the product?.

If you receive a damaged product, then the refund will only be processed post we have received the damaged goods( 3-5 business days).

The mode of refund for all orders will be online bank transfer.

Within Ayurveda shall handle the logistics of the delivery of the products ordered by you.

At the time of placing your order, depending on your place of residence, an estimated time of delivery( 3- 10 business days) would be shared with you along with the consignment number for tracking the status of your order.

All Within Ayurveda orders are dispatched within 7 days of you placing an order.

Please note that Within Ayurveda will try its level best to make sure that you receive your order as fast as possible but due to certain external circumstances, your order might take a while longer to get delivered.

Within Ayurveda will take responsibility of your order, if the order has been shipped to any of the major cities (metros) where we use Best available Courier Partners based on their TAT and performance like Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ecom, Ekart, etc to ship your order.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

• limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;
• limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
